Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and InfiniWin ("Company", "we", or "InfiniWin"), the operator of an online betting and entertainment platform in infiniwin.click.

InfiniWin offers a wide range of digital entertainment services including Live Casino, slots, Sports Betting — covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and badminton — progressive jackpots, table games, and more. All services are subject to the terms set out herein.

This document was written in Bahasa Malaysia for the convenience of Malaysian users. Should any ambiguity arise in translation or interpretation, the English version on the InfiniWin platform shall prevail for legal purposes.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use InfiniWin's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the period of use
• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident accessing the platform from within Malaysia
• Has full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Is not on a self-exclusion list or subject to any legal prohibition related to betting
• Has never had an account previously closed by InfiniWin for a terms violation
• Plays using personal funds only — does not represent any third party or company in any capacity

InfiniWin reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3 Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at InfiniWin. This includes the use of the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment details. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately without notice, and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during InfiniWin registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date. InfiniWin reserves the right to verify this information through authorised third parties. False or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your InfiniWin account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. InfiniWin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available
• Contact InfiniWin support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

InfiniWin accepts a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for depositing funds into your gaming account. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

InfiniWin does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your eWallet provider or bank may apply their own charges — please check with them directly. All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and must belong to you.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals of winnings from your InfiniWin account are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be fully met before a request can be processed:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used (source of funds policy)
• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 100,000 for standard accounts
• All bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted
• InfiniWin reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for eWallets and up to 1–3 business days for FPX bank transfers. InfiniWin is not liable for delays caused by banks or eWallet providers.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All InfiniWin bonuses and promotions are subject to a minimum wagering requirement as specified in each promotion's individual terms. In general, winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

InfiniWin reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if abuse is detected — including arbitrage betting (arbing), use of automated software (bots), or any strategy clearly intended to exploit promotional terms without genuine play intent.

• Each player is entitled to each type of promotion once only, unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash
• InfiniWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time
• The InfiniWin VIP Programme has its own terms and conditions, which will be communicated to eligible members.

7 Sports Betting & Games Rules

All betting activity on InfiniWin — whether football Sports Betting, badminton, cricket, e-sports, Live Casino, slots, or jackpot games — is governed by the specific rules set out in each respective section on the platform.

7.1 Final Results

The results of all games and bets on InfiniWin are final. In the event of a technical dispute or system disruption, InfiniWin reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the original stake. No further compensation will be provided for technical disruptions beyond InfiniWin's control.

7.2 Live Sports Betting

For in-play Sports Betting on events such as Malaysia Super League matches or BWF badminton, odds change in real time. InfiniWin reserves the right to reject or void bets if the system detects that a bet was placed after the event occurred (late betting) due to data feed delays.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Use of the InfiniWin platform is subject to strict standards of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without notice and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets
• Engaging in money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting technical bugs or system errors without reporting them to InfiniWin
• Making any threats or causing harassment toward InfiniWin staff or other users
• Depositing funds using unauthorised methods or under a name other than your own

InfiniWin cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in investigations related to fraud or money laundering. Account information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities as required by law.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

InfiniWin is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). How we collect, process, and store your data is explained in detail in Privacy Policy ours, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Your personal data is not sold to third parties without your consent
• Payment information is encrypted using 256-bit SSL standard
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data
• InfiniWin only shares data with third parties necessary for operations (payment providers, auditors)

10 InfiniWin's Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, InfiniWin shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes — all wagers carry risk that is accepted entirely by the user
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or technical emergencies
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence
• Inaccuracies in information or statistics provided by third-party sources
• Transfer delays caused by the bank or eWallet provider

In the event of a system failure causing errors in game outcomes, InfiniWin's maximum liability is limited to refunding the original bet amount to the user's account.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by User

You may close your InfiniWin account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure all balances have been withdrawn and any active bonus wagering requirements have been met or cancelled.

11.2 Closure by InfiniWin

InfiniWin reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• The user fails to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe
• There is suspicious activity or potential violation of applicable laws
• The user has been declared bankrupt or is subject to a related court order

12 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

InfiniWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page with an updated revision date.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the InfiniWin platform after any amendments take effect will be considered full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, please close your account and discontinue use.
