InfiniWin Account Security Tips

Protect your account with InfiniWin's recommended security practices

Use a Strong & Unique Password

Create an InfiniWin password with at least 12 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse the same password from other accounts.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

An added layer of security via SMS to your Malaysian phone number ensures only you can log in, even if your password is ever compromised.

Never Share Your Password

InfiniWin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Do not share your password with anyone, including staff claiming to be from InfiniWin.

Avoid Logging In on Public Wi-Fi

Avoid logging in to InfiniWin over public Wi-Fi networks such as those at cafes or shopping malls. Use mobile data or a trusted VPN if necessary.

Log Out When You're Done Playing

Always click "Log Out" when you're done playing on InfiniWin, especially on shared devices. This prevents unauthorized access to your account.

Update Your Password Regularly

Update your InfiniWin password every 3 to 6 months as a precaution. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, change your password immediately and contact support.

FAQ — InfiniWin Login

To protect your account, InfiniWin will temporarily lock it after several consecutive failed login attempts, preventing brute force intrusion. Wait 30 minutes before trying again, or contact InfiniWin support via live chat for immediate account unlocking. Please have your account identity verification ready.

InfiniWin password reset emails typically arrive within 5 minutes. If you haven't received it, check your Spam or Junk folder and make sure you entered the same email address used when registering with InfiniWin. If it still hasn't arrived after 15 minutes, contact InfiniWin support with your username and registered phone number.

InfiniWin allows login from multiple devices, but for your account's security, simultaneous active sessions from different locations may trigger an automatic security check. You may be asked to verify your identity via email or SMS to your registered Malaysian phone number. This is a standard protective measure to prevent unauthorized access.

You can also log in using your email address instead of your username. If you've forgotten your email as well, contact the InfiniWin support team via live chat and provide the Malaysian phone number registered to your account. Our team will verify your identity and restore access to your account promptly.

The InfiniWin platform is optimized for all devices and modern browsers. If you're experiencing display issues, try these steps: (1) Clear your browser cache, (2) Update your browser to the latest version, (3) Try a different browser such as Chrome or Safari, (4) Disable any extensions or VPN that may be causing conflicts.
